TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern your use of lyramveskor.com and purchases from the Lyram Veskor online store. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
1. STORE AND CONTACT
The store sells digital books and related digital content under the Lyram Veskor name. Questions may be sent to lyramveskor@gmail.com.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCURATE INFORMATION
You must be legally capable of entering into a contract in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You may not use the website or its products for unlawful purposes.
3. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
The Boy Who Was Never Here is supplied as a digital PDF unless the product page expressly states otherwise. No physical product, subscription, audiobook, or additional format is included unless explicitly listed at the time of purchase. Device and software compatibility remain the customer's responsibility; a current PDF-compatible reader is required.
4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Prices and currency are displayed before checkout. Applicable taxes and charges are shown where required. An order is accepted after payment is successfully authorised and Shopify provides order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order where fraud, an obvious pricing error, unlawful activity, or a technical error is reasonably suspected. Any payment collected for a cancelled order will be returned as required.
5. DELIVERY
Digital access is normally provided immediately after successful payment through the order confirmation page and/or email. Delivery times can be affected by payment review, incorrect email information, spam filtering, or technical problems. Customers should contact lyramveskor@gmail.com if access is not received.
6. PERSONAL-USE LICENCE
Purchase grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the digital product for personal, non-commercial use. Ownership and intellectual-property rights are not transferred.
You may not reproduce, upload, share, resell, sublicense, distribute, publish, modify for redistribution, or make the file available to others, except where applicable law expressly permits it. Each purchase is intended for one customer and their personal devices.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The website, book, text, artwork, graphics, branding, video, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Lyram Veskor and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.
8. FICTION NOTICE
The Boy Who Was Never Here is a work of fiction. Characters, incidents, documents, archives, and narrative claims are fictional or used fictitiously unless expressly stated otherwise. Website storytelling and promotional dramatizations should be understood in that context.
9. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND WITHDRAWAL
Returns, refunds, technical problems, and statutory withdrawal rights are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. WEBSITE INFORMATION
We aim to keep product descriptions, pricing, availability, and website information accurate. Minor display differences may occur between devices. We may correct errors and update information, but changes will not affect rights already created by an accepted order except where permitted by law.
11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The store uses third-party services, including Shopify and payment providers, to operate checkout, payment, analytics, and digital delivery. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond obligations imposed on us by law.
12. PROHIBITED USE
You may not interfere with the website, introduce malicious code, scrape or exploit the service unlawfully, attempt unauthorised access, infringe intellectual-property rights, impersonate another person, or use purchased content for fraud or unlawful distribution.
13. DISCLAIMER AND LIABILITY
We do not promise that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for indirect or consequential loss is excluded. Nothing excludes or limits liability where exclusion is unlawful, including applicable liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer remedies.
14. PRIVACY
Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
15. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their country of residence. Courts and dispute-resolution bodies have jurisdiction as determined by applicable law.
16. CHANGES
We may update these Terms prospectively by publishing a revised version and date. The Terms in effect when an accepted order is placed generally govern that order.
17. SEVERABILITY
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
