RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

This policy applies to purchases of The Boy Who Was Never Here and other digital products sold through lyramveskor.com.

DIGITAL DELIVERY

Our products are delivered digitally. After successful payment, the customer receives access to the purchased PDF through the delivery page and/or the email address supplied at checkout. No physical item is shipped.

TECHNICAL OR DELIVERY PROBLEMS

If the download link does not arrive, does not work, or the file is damaged or materially different from the product description, contact us at lyramveskor@gmail.com. Please include the order number and the email address used at checkout. We will first attempt to provide a working replacement file. If we cannot provide the purchased product within a reasonable time, we will issue an appropriate refund.

CHANGE-OF-MIND REQUESTS

Because a digital file can be accessed immediately and cannot be physically returned, change-of-mind refunds may be limited after access or downloading has begun. This does not restrict any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

EU/EEA AND UK CONSUMERS

Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, you may withdraw from an eligible distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. For digital content supplied immediately, you may lose that right once downloading or access begins only where you expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged the resulting loss of the withdrawal right, as required by applicable law. If those requirements were not met, your statutory rights remain unaffected.

To exercise an applicable right of withdrawal, email lyramveskor@gmail.com with an unambiguous statement that you wish to withdraw, together with your name, order number, purchase date, and the email address used for the order. We will confirm receipt and process any refund required by law to the original payment method.

DUPLICATE OR UNAUTHORISED CHARGES

Contact us promptly if you believe you were charged more than once or did not authorise a transaction. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded.

REFUND TIMING

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time after issuance depends on the payment provider and bank.
